Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of corporate and branding events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creating impactful experiences.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues
Handle permits, contracts, and compliance requirements
Supervise on-site event operations and troubleshoot as needed
Ensure events meet brand standards and client expectations
Prepare post-event evaluations and reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic event management tools
