Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator/Project Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate construction estimates, managing project costs, and ensuring project completion within budget. Daily tasks include evaluating and interpreting project plans, conducting site visits, liaising with vendors and contractors, preparing project timelines, and maintaining accurate records of project progress.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Strong skills in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site effectively in a fast-paced environment
• 5 years minimum experience in civil construction estimating and project management
• Experience with construction project management software

Skills

• HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob experience a plus

Pay: Depending upon experience
