Job Description
We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team and represent our client SimpliSafe , a leading provider of home security systems. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, delivering tailored security solutions while helping them feel safe and confident in their choice. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, or live chats to understand their home security needs.
Present SimpliSafe products and services with clarity and confidence, demonstrating how they address customer concerns.
Build trust and educate customers on the benefits of SimpliSafe's wireless home security systems and professional monitoring services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the SimpliSafe client account team to stay informed about product updates, promotions, and policy changes.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to satisfied customer.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of sales, customer service, or call center experience (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, consultative approach.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into loyal customers.
Tech-savvy, with an understanding of smart home or security products a plus.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
