Director of Product Management

I’m representing a leading company in the gaming industry looking for a visionary and results-driven Director of Product Management to lead their product strategy, development, and delivery. This role owns the product roadmap, drives innovation, and ensures alignment with market and customer needs within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision and strategy
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management and design team
• Prioritize product roadmap using data, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback
• Own go-to-market strategy including pricing, messaging, and success metrics
• Foster strong collaboration between UX, engineering, and cross-functional teams
• Champion data-driven decision making and customer-centric product development

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience driving product strategy in gaming or online business
• Skilled at working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Deep knowledge of UX, design, software development, and Agile methodologies
• Passionate about creating great online/mobile products and eager to learn about horse racing
• Casino systems or slot management experience is a plus
