Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce – Onsite | Direct Hire
Are you a results-driven marketing leader with a passion for digital and e-commerce? Our client is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce to lead strategy and execution across all online marketing channels.
This onsite, direct-hire role reports to the COO and offers the opportunity to manage a high-performing team while driving measurable growth, brand visibility, and online revenue.
What You’ll DoDevelop and execute digital marketing and e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead initiatives across paid media, SEO, email, social, CRO, and AI-driven marketing tools.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Web teams to optimize customer experience and maximize ROI.
Oversee marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, vendors, and agencies.
Mentor, inspire, and grow a talented marketing team.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce leadership roles.
Proven expertise in SEO, paid media, email marketing, CRO, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with GA4, HubSpot, AI marketing tools, and automation systems.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Lead digital marketing and e-commerce strategy and execution.
Work onsite with a collaborative, high-performing team.
