Lead and optimize paid acquisition strategies with a heavy focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Leverage your 500k+ social media following to test, promote, and grow brand presence organically and through collabs
Launch and iterate high-impact campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Analyze campaign data to drive ROI and customer growth
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and audience targeting
Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates, and consumer behavior shifts
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of results
A personal or brand social media following of 500,000+ across one or multiple platforms
Strong grasp of performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.
A/B testing and optimization pro
Passion for building community and storytelling through content
Based in the U.S. , with availability during standard U.S. business hours
Experience in influencer marketing or UGC content
Background in DTC, SaaS, or fast-growth startups
Video editing or content creation skills
Work with a bold, fast-moving, and creative team
