Qualifications Minimum 12 years engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer. Or recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer.
