\n\n\n About the Role: \n\nAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you'll provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to address the unique healthcare needs of the incarcerated population.
\n\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\nDeliver individualized nursing care based on patient needs
\n\tAdminister medications and treatments per protocol
\n\tMonitor and document patient conditions and progress
\n\tWork collaboratively with RNs, providers, and facility staff
\n\tMaintain accurate and timely medical records
\n\tFollow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies
\n\tActive, unrestricted LPN license (Missouri)
\n\tCPR certification (Healthcare Provider level)
\n\tAbility to pass a background check
\n\tStrong communication and critical thinking skills
\n\tCorrectional, clinical, or acute care experience is a plus—but not required
