Copeland Accelerate Rotational Program 2026 is a 2-year rotational early career development program in Engineering and Operations designed for Spring/Summer 2025 interns only. Participants will rotate through various locations and departments, gaining a 360-degree view of the business and developing skills for career advancement. The program offers real-world impact by working on significant projects including a Capstone project to solve technical or operational challenges, with opportunities to present to senior leaders. The program fosters a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and networking, pairing participants with mentors and providing a supportive community. Requirements include being a previous or current Copeland intern (Spring or Summer 2025), currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with expected graduation in May 2026, a minimum GPA of 3.0, hands-on internship or co-op experience, willingness to relocate for multiple assignments primarily within the U.S. with potential international rotation, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
