Multifamily Project Manager

Drive Excellence in Multifamily Construction Projects

We are a leading General Contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and multifamily construction, seeking an experienced and driven Multifamily Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects.

This key role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering collaboration among internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. You will take ownership of project execution from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Multifamily Project Manager, you will:

  • Oversee Project Execution : Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Collaborate Effectively : Work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners to drive project success and maintain alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality : Monitor adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Control Budget and Schedule : Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Foster Relationships : Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors, building trust and ensuring exceptional communication.
  • Optimize Workflow : Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes, addressing delays, and maintaining meticulous documentation, including daily reports, project updates, and financial tracking.

Your Expertise

We’re looking for a results-driven professional with:

  • Project Leadership : Demonstrated success in managing multifamily construction projects, including ground-up developments with extensive site work.
  • Operational Proficiency : Strong ability to balance budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple projects.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Expertise : Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Collaborative Mindset : A team-oriented approach, fostering collaboration among all project participants.

Your Background

To excel in this role, you bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction or related fields.
  • A robust understanding of multifamily project complexities, including scheduling, cost management, and quality assurance.
  • Experience leading teams and driving projects to successful completion.
