Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in the Huntington Beach, CA area . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Concrete Finisher eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
Tile demo and surface prep on balconies
Sound testing for concrete spalls
Cut, chip, and patch with repair mortar
Epoxy waterproofing: base coat, fabric embedding, sand broadcast, and top coat
Grout over broadcast surface
Paint balcony surfaces (walls, ceilings, edges, undersides)
Sealant/caulking replacement around windows and joints
Debris removal and site clean-up
Assist tile installers as needed
