Role Description

We are seeking a Co-Founder to lead the technical direction of the company. In this role, you will oversee product development, guide our technology strategy, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to align technical delivery with business goals. This is a hybrid (onsite/remote) role in San Diego, CA, offering meaningful equity and the opportunity to shape the company from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD (in progress/completed) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Openness to learning and working with large language models (LLMs).
• Strong programming ability in Python, with experience using ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and working in Linux-based environments for training and deploying large models.
• Knowledge of natural language processing, data pipelines, and vector databases.
• Proven ability to translate research into impactful, real-world applications.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a passion for innovation.
• Interest in finance and fintech applications is a plus.

(The technical Co-Founder will become part of the founding team during the companys early growth, with equity and compensation commensurate with education and experience as scaling progresses.)
