\nKelly is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work with our client, a successful franchisee of a major American financial services organization offering personalized financial advice and wealth management services, on a direct hire basis. \nSpecifically, the Client Service Specialist will:\n

\n\t
• Greet clients in person and over the phone\n\t
• Receive checks and security deposits, and process new accounts\n\t
• Schedule client consultations\n\t
• Assist Financial Consultant in gathering new assets\n\t
• Proactively uncover additional business development opportunities\n\t
• Place trade orders\n\t
• Answer securities-related questions\n\t
• Deliver outstanding service and provide all clients an exceptional experience\n

\nQualifications:\n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience \n\t
• Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses preferred\n\t
• Minimum two years’ experience in a direct client facing role, ideally in financial services, retirement planning, or wealth management\n\t
• Understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts\n\t
• Detail oriented \n\t
• Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy \n\t
• Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries simultaneously\n\t
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\t
• Must be able to develop and maintain good cross enterprise working relationships\n\t
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software\n\t
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills\n
