About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Digital and Marketing Officer (CDMO) to lead the strategic vision for brand positioning and ensure a member-centric, purpose-driven brand experience, with a strong focus on digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and driving the enterprise's digital and marketing strategies, leveraging data insights, and AI capabilities to develop transformative approaches. This role requires a bold, innovative leader with over 15 years' experience in performance marketing, branding, AI, and digital experience, who can foster innovation, and inspire teams to redefine financial services in line with the organization's social purpose. The CDMO will be a catalyst for empathy-driven ideation, creativity, and strategic experimentation, championing the voice of the member and leading digital experience transformation. Key responsibilities include integrating in-person and digital banking, developing marketing programs for member acquisition and retention, and measuring the effectiveness of these programs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or graduate degree preferred, and certification in Human-Centred Design or Agile/Lean methodology considered an asset. They must be adept at data-driven decision-making, and have a proven track record in digital growth strategy, and performance marketing, and in driving social purpose within organizations.
