Job Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, and light housekeeping
\n
• Provide medication reminders and support clients with memory care
\n
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and your care team
\n
• Follow personalized care plans
\n
• Ensure a safe and positive environment
\n
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n

\n
• Experience: Personal or professional caregiving experience preferred
\n
• Empathy & Patience: A heart for helping others
\n
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills
\n
• Reliability: On time, organized, and trustworthy
\n
• Transportation: Ability to travel up to 15 miles one way
\n
• Flexibility & Respect: Able to adapt to different client environments with dignity
\n
• Willingness to consent to safety devices (including potential smart care device)
\n
