Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: To prepare and serve all soft drink, alcoholic beverages and wine according to all Cooper Restaurants specifications, recipes and procedures to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guests' expectations. Provides timely and quality beverages to the service staff and performs the duties of cashier for the bar guests and service staff.

Server rate - $2.75 per hour plus tips
Weekly Pay
Health, Dental & Vision - for full time employees after 30 days of employment
1. Company pays a portion of elected coverage
Vacation Pay - up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually)
- After 6 months - 5 days
- After 1 year - Additional 5 days
- 10 days max
- Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour
Employee Meal Discount - 40% off while working / employee + 1 guest while dining
Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each
Employee Referral Program
1. If the new hire stays, employee that referred will be paid.
2. 30 days - $100/ 60 days - $100 / 90 days - $100
Employee Discounts - on travel, hotels, car rentals and more through LifeMart via ADP account
