Compensation and Benefits:
Average annual compensation of $75,000-$175,000 commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Wisconsin Bar license in good standing.

1–2 years of litigation experience; family law preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.

Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and dedication to client service.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Strength in daily innovation, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law matters with professionalism and advocacy.

Proactively manage complex cases from initiation to resolution, applying strategic insight and empathetic client support.

Communicate clearly, consistently, and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members.

Demonstrate working knowledge of court procedures and county-specific rules.

Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met.

Maintain organized case files and documentation to support seamless workflow and compliance.

Learn and apply the implications of fixed-fee representation.

Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, refine strategies, and deliver high-quality representation.
