Century City-based premiere class action law firm is seeking a motivated associate attorney with at least a couple years’ experience to join the firm’s pre-litigation team. The firm’s pre-litigation team provides a unique opportunity to develop a solid understanding of wage and hour and consumer law, and to explore new potential claims areas and theories of liability. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent work ethic and professionalism, be detail-oriented and highly organized, be able to work independently, and possess strong time-management skills and excellent people skills.

Primary roles/responsibilities will include conducting client interviews, claim-spotting, complaint drafting, and legal research. Prior experience in employment law or consumer protection is preferred, but not required as the firm is willing to train the right candidate. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
