About the Opportunity:
As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a degreed accounting professional who is eager to build a long-term career in the dynamic automotive industry. This is a career-track opportunity designed for individuals who are interested in transitioning into a leadership role through a structured Office Manager Mentorship Program following an initial four-month assessment.
You will gain hands-on experience across all key accounting functions supporting five profit centers , working closely with team members to understand and eventually oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliations
Learn and assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Participate in training designed to prepare you for advancement into an Office Manager role
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting emphasis preferred) or related degree with coursework in Accounting (basic to intermediate level)
Hands-on experience in AP, AR, Payroll, and general accounting practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Motivated to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibilities
