This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in affordable housing who is passionate about working with diverse demographics and managing high-volume properties. The ideal candidate will have experience with LIHTC, RAD, or Project-Based Sec. 8 programs and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. With responsibilities spanning financial management, team leadership, and customer service, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of a 600+ unit affordable housing property
Support leasing, maintenance, and community staff
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Market Rate, and RAD programs
Foster a positive community atmosphere with strong customer service
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in assistant management within affordable housing
Experience with LIHTC, RAD, or Project-Based Sec. 8
Strong customer service skills and patience
Stable job history
