Assistant General Manager Fix-It 24/7 (Colorado)

We're looking for a high-drive, results-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and support continued growth. What You'll Do Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and performance.
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to exceed revenue and service goals.
Drive accountability and foster a winning culture.
Monitor KPIs, implement strategies, and ensure goals are met.
Support in scaling operations and delivering excellent customer experiences.
What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in management or operations.
High energy, competitive, and results-driven.
Strong business acumen with problem-solving skills.
Technical/HVAC background preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills.
What We Offer $120,000-$130,000 + performance-based bonuses.
