Location: Aurora, CO Company: Career Strategies Inc. Pay Rate: $21/hr - $25/hr (DOE & Certifications)

Are you a talented Maintenance Technician ready to take on new challenges? Career Strategies Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to maintain our property in Aurora, Colorado. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for fixing things, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make-Ready Expert: Complete make-ready tasks and work orders promptly to ensure our property is in top shape.
• Communication Pro: Keep ownership and the Property Manager informed with regular updates.
• Inventory Guru: Order necessary supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Team Player: Assist with challenging projects and collaborate with the team.
• Handyman Extraordinaire: Utilize your strong skills and experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Previous experience in apartment maintenance is essential.
• Tools of the Trade: Must have personal hand tools and a drill.
• Reliable Transportation: A dependable means of transportation is crucial.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical workloads with attention to detail and deadlines.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $21/hr - $25/hr, depending on experience, certifications, and the apartment community.
• Weekly Pay: Get paid every week!
• Health Benefits: Medical insurance available per ACA guidelines.
• Sick Leave: Accrued paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado’s HFWA.
