Ambulatory Care RN - Outpatient Clinic at Providence Health and Services summary:

Registered Nurse provides comprehensive ambulatory/outpatient nursing care, care coordination, patient education and support via in-person, telephonic, and telehealth encounters in a clinic setting. Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary care team, maintains professional and regulatory nursing standards, and supports clinicians to deliver quality patient-centered care. Requires RN licensure (Montana), BLS certification, and ~18 months nursing experience; full-time, day shift at a Providence outpatient clinic in Polson, MT.

Description

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Required qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 18 months professional nursing experience.
