This position will support multiple leaders within Gap Inc.’s Global Technology Solutions team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in our digital transformation, not only managing tasks but acting as a strategic enabler—amplifying productivity, streamlining operations, and anticipating business needs. You will use Microsoft 365 company-approved AI tools to automate repetitive work, generate content, and ensure leaders are prepared, aligned, and empowered to lead at their best. Responsibilities include coordinating complex calendars using AI-powered scheduling tools, utilizing advanced written and verbal skills to communicate through PowerPoint, Excel, and visualizations, drafting communications, synthesizing meetings, and preparing materials using company-approved AI tools in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Automate recurring workflows such as meeting agendas, action trackers, and communications. Serve as a trusted thought partner, filtering priorities and helping leaders stay focused and aligned. Handle logistics for internal and external events and meetings, prioritizing flow, experience, and impact. Support domestic and international travel planning and expense reconciliation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date org charts and team documentation using digital tools. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience supporting senior executive leaders in a global corporate organization, strong communication skills with executive presence and technical expertise, digital fluency with a growth mindset, emotional intelligence, operational excellence, adeptness at managing ambiguity, and experience supporting tech, product, or digital teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Proven ability to manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate international travel arrangements, and process detailed expense reports with high accuracy and efficiency. Learning agility to use company-approved AI tools to summarize internal documentation, find resources in real time, compile summaries, track key meeting discussion points, and automate task workflows.
