THE ROLE

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our specialty adhesive tape manufacturing business. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across administrative, customer service, and vendor-related tasks. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with customers, processing coating orders, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting leadership in maintaining efficient business operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support across the business, including scheduling, communication, and document management.
  • Manage customer service needs, including responding to inquiries and processing coating orders.
  • Place purchase orders with vendors and assist with vendor coordination.
  • Assist with HR platform usage, logins, and compliance tasks.
  • Provide basic technology support (e.g., software logins, account troubleshooting, video conferencing setup).
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, staff, customers, and service providers (legal, accounting, recruiting, etc.).
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute follow-ups as needed.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and information systems.
  • Order and track office supplies and manage related budgets.
  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years of relevant administrative, operations, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn new systems.
