Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable.* Ensure all AR activities comply with regulations and company policies.* Ensure timely payments, manage collections and customer disputes, and resolve payment issues.* Match payments to invoices.* Prepare reports for accounts receivable reporting for month/quarter/year end.* Support audits.* Identify areas for improvement in AR processes and implement solutions.* Collaborate with operations teams to keep communication open.* Any other job-related duties as may be assigned.**EDUCATION:** This position requires a 5+ years in accounts receivable. Advanced education a plus. Degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.**JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIAL SKILLS:*** Background in the Construction industry preferred, specifically in the area of billing and collections.* Experience in leading and managing a team.* Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with COINS a plus.* Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Products.* Require intermediate Excel skill level; working knowledge of Pivot Tables, Sum Functions, and V/X look ups.* Ability to analyze complex issues.
