Oversee timely follow-up on client collections and maintain clear communication with the team. Assist with collection calls for escalated accounts, including direct interaction with attorneys and clients. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to accounts receivable and collections. Develop internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency in collections efforts. Train and mentor new team members on systems and workflows.
