If this sounds like the right fit for you, contact us today to learn more! Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 10 employees, ensuring accountability and consistent performance. Oversee timely follow-up on client collections and maintain clear communication with the team. Assist with collection calls for escalated accounts, including direct interaction with attorneys and clients. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to accounts receivable and collections. Develop internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency in collections efforts. Train and mentor new team members on systems and workflows. Requirements Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) Experience working in a mid-to-large sized legal firm Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Experience with Aderant Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
