Responsibilities Must be able to pass a background check including a criminal background check and be up to date on federal and state taxes, or current on any tax payment agreement. Must have three years of verifiable experience investigating Title VII cases. Must be able to quote the prima facie elements of the theories of discrimination with immediate ease. Must be able to provide examples and discuss investigative techniques specific to the prima facie elements. Must be willing to provide a real time writing example. Must have superior MS Word and Adobe Pro skills.
