We are seeking motivated, driven individuals from all backgrounds to join our remote sales team as Customer Sales Representatives . Whether you’re starting your career, changing fields, or looking for a flexible opportunity to work from home , we provide everything you need to succeed, no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and Grow: Receive comprehensive training to understand our insurance products, benefits, and client solutions.
• Engage with Clients: Work with warm leads provided through our trusted union and association partnerships — no cold calling or door-to-door sales.
• Consult and Educate: Conduct virtual meetings to help clients identify their needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.
• Build Relationships: Develop long-term trust with clients through exceptional service and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required: We provide all training, tools, and support for your success.
• License Requirement: Must have or be willing to obtain a state/provincial Life and/or Health Insurance license (we’ll help you get licensed).
• Motivated and Coachable: A strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve results in a performance-based environment.
• Excellent Communicator: Confident speaking with clients virtually; great listening and presentation skills.
• Professional and Reliable: Self-disciplined, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable conducting Zoom meetings and working in a digital environment.
